Government appoints a liquidator to assume control of air vanuatu operations. Under the companies act no. 3 of 2013, the government has appointed Morgan Kelly, Justin Walsh, and Andrew Hanson from Ernst and Young (EY) to oversee air vanuatu operations. The liquidators officially assumed control of air Vanuatu operations on thursday 9 May 2024 and will conduct safety and maintenance checks before resuming normal operations according to the Finance minister John Salong.
