Israel, my people, listen attentively; Against you, I, your God, declare: R. 2. “I will not demand sacrifices from you, for your burnt offerings are always before me. But I will no longer accept bulls from your house or goats from your flocks. R. 3. For all the beasts of the forest are mine, and there are thousands of cattle on my mountains.
