O Rio de Janeiro antigo ( Reconstrução por IA) o que foi DESTRUÍDO e ninguém te contou

Before the major urban reforms, Rio de Janeiro was a very different city from the one we know today. Narrow streets, dense neighborhoods, and an occupation built over centuries shaped the urban space. This city did not emerge from grand plans, but from daily use, proximity to the port, churches, and the practical needs of the time. At the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries, Rio underwent profound transformations. In the name of modernization, entire areas were demolished, populations displaced, and historical structures erased from the city map. In this video, we observe Rio de Janeiro before these major reforms—a compact, organic city built in layers, which today survives only in fragments and in the invisible logic of urban space. This is the second chapter of the "Erased Brazil" project, a series dedicated to revisiting cities and landscapes of Brazilian history that have disappeared over time.
