We follow the rikishis through a full day just before the July 2026 Nagoya Grand Sumo Tournament, starting on July 12. With their fighting spirit fully charged, the rikishis push themselves through even more intense keiko than usual. After keiko, some head for self-training while others prepare chanko. Chanko time! There are also fired-up comments from the rikishis who achieved winning records in the previous tournament. Get ready for a Nagoya Tournament filled with energy, strength, and determination!
