I am grateful to share a spiritual practice that my aunt taught me. Like her support in my life, I hope to offer tools in your journey that empowers a deeper relationship with yourself and the Universe. Spiritual baths work on a vibrational level; however, the experience provides ease and relaxation for the mind and body. A White bath, Baño Blanco, cleanses, purifies, and brings balance to your spirit, vessel, auric field, and physical body.
