#9 Cozy Baking That Feels Like a Warm Hug.

Hello everyone! 🤍✨ I hope you’re having an amazing week! I’ve been really busy with photography this week. Photographing children is something I truly enjoy, but it also takes a lot of energy. Even though it’s been a busy week, I always love slowing down in the kitchen and sharing these cozy moments with you. In today’s video, we’re baking soft and delicious chocolate chip cookies and enjoying them with a warm cup of green tea. 🍪These peaceful baking moments are some of my favorite, and I hope they bring a little comfort, warmth, and happiness to your day, wherever you are. Ingredients: • 100g butter (softened) • 1/2 cup brown sugar • 2 tbsp white sugar • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • 1 egg • 1¼ cups all-purpose flour • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp baking soda • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Instructions: 1. Beat the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. 2. Add the egg and mix until fully combined. 3. Add the flour, salt, and baking soda, and gently mix until everything is just combined. Be careful not to overmix. 4. Fold in the chocolate chips. 5. Scoop the dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 7–10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
