Cheryl Rice, founder of the You Matter Marathon – No Running Required –knows they can. - As President of Your Voice Your Vision, Cheryl Rice inspires women to be leaders in their lives. For 22 years she has helped women cultivate leadership presence, develop confidence, and find fulfillment in work and life. Cheryl has held significant leadership positions including Director of Organization Development for AstraZeneca, and AVP of Leadership Development at ACE International. In 2016 Cheryl founded the You Matter Marathon, a global kindness and community building program. Cheryl is the author of, Where Have I Been All My Life? and has had essays in the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Chicago Tribune, and Maria Shriver’s blog. A certified coach and positive psychology practitioner, she has an MS degree in Education, and, an MS in Organization Development.
