Ingredients (Quick Guide) Beef Skirt steak or Flank Steak with Marinade Below Baking soday Cornstarch 2 tbsp Xiao Xing 1 tbsp water Soy sauce 1 tbsp cooking oil Combine, cover and marinade for 2 hours) Baking soda tenderizes the meat. Before frying- coat the beef slices with cornstarch. Fry unitl golden brown and set aside. Sauce: 2 tbsp Brown sugar 1 cup water 1 beef cube 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp ground pepper 3 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tbsp sesame oil Combine all ingredients and set aside - This is your sauce! To put together Saute onion, ginger and garlic add red bell and green bell pepper add sauce add thickener Add back the beef slices.
