Reconversion & job alimentaire : 4 témoignages pour dédramatiser
Welcome to Before I Was a Teacher, the podcast for teachers in career transition. Today, we're going to talk about a topic that's sometimes taboo in career change: the survival job. I'm talking about that infamous job we take "in the meantime," which is sometimes far removed from the dream job we (and others) aspire to. The one we don't particularly showcase on LinkedIn, and sometimes don't even want to talk about. Or even the one that sometimes bruises our ego and that we feel compelled to justify every time we mention it. Yet, finding a survival job can be invaluable in certain career transition situations, and it's important to be aware of that. In this episode, I discuss the concept of a "survival job" as a whole, share my own experience, and invite you to listen to three examples of teachers in career transition who are currently working survival jobs for very different reasons. Thank you to them. 🙏 Enjoy listening and reflecting! _____ 📱Contact Vanessa ( / nessahortensia , Miguel ( / podcastexprofessor , or Océane ( / 1.2.3.pelotes ) 👀 Follow the podcast on Instagram ( / avantjetaisprof ) and Facebook ( / avantjetaisprof . 💻 Visit avanjetaisprof.com (http://avanjetaisprof.com). 🎛️ This episode was edited and mixed by me.
