A Day in My Life: Teaching English in Japan (JET Program)

Hello!! I filmed this a couple weeks ago in the beginning of October. Obviously I'm not allowed to film myself in the classroom lol but here's just a glimpse of what my work day looks like! This day in particular was a little different just because I had 2 classes cancelled and a demonstration class I was doing for the board of education. When I'm not teaching classes, I will normally grade student reflections, study Japanese, or work on my English board. Also I'm working in the inaka, which explains why I'm driving and not using public transpo LOL. Teaching classes is pretty fun for me :) Of course there a bunch of struggles, especially the language barrier, but I'm learning a lot and having fun with the kiddos (esp the younger ones..eep).
