Storm Eunice batters Britain and Ireland
Weather warnings remain in place in the UK after Storm Eunice has caused widespread damage. Strong winds, with gusts of up to 196 kilometres an hour, have caused trees to be uprooted, roofs to be torn off and flights, ferries and trains to be cancelled. Thousands of homes are without power and at least four fatalities have been reported.
