The Waypoints Project - Blue Economy, Security, Science and Technology (BESST) Roadshow at Bulwagang Senador Edgardo J. Angara, ASCOT Zabali Campus, Baler, Aurora, Philippines in partnership with the Aurora State College of Technology - ASCOT The BESST Roadshow aims to foster awareness and collaboration by engaging experts, educating local stakeholders, and supporting government efforts to strengthen institutional mechanisms that address emerging maritime issues. It also seeks to provide a platform for dialogue and cooperation among key sectors in advancing the Philippine Blue Economy—an important step toward building a secure and sustainable Archipelagic House.
