S2: Ep 4 - Be a Kid Again

In today’s episode Gaby shares how the key to manifestation is to be a kid again. You need to be playing more, creating more and living life not thinking logically. She has learned to catch the spiral of logical thoughts and overthinking. Like when she brushes her teeth she’ll be thinking about all of the things she has to do instead of being present in the moment. So when she catches the spiral, she reminds herself to just focus on the task at hand before allowing her thoughts to move onto the next one. Gaby also talks about how we need to be more fearless, like we were when we were kids.
