Neuroblastoma: Osmosis Study Video
Special thanks to Osmosis for allowing us to share! Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial solid cancer in childhood and the most common cancer in infancy. It is a neuroendocrine tumor, arising from any neural crest element of the sympathetic nervous system. It most frequently originates in one of the adrenal glands, but can also develop in nerve tissues in the neck, chest, abdomen, or pelvis. This video covers key aspects of neuroblastoma, including the causes, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment. For more study tools from Osmosis on Medscape, see our collection: https://wb.md/2Mm9KGH
