Easy Goan Green Chicken Curry (Without Coconut)

The Green Chicken Curry— a Goan classic that is delicious, aromatic and appealing! The very sound of its name makes one's mouth water with the remembrance of the last time it was relished :) The Green Curry is flavorful, alive with the freshness of Coriander and the hint of Mint (the latter added at the very end), and is also an easy-to-do recipe. The Curry Paste can be used as a base for other meats/fish/vegetables. *I usually also add potatoes to this curry but skipped it for this video Try this Green Chicken Curry this weekend!
