We spent 2 days exploring Kyoto in January, enjoying the calm atmosphere of the city. From the stunning Kifune Shrine to the serene Kiyomizu-dera Temple, every corner of Kyoto felt magical. One thing that surprised us, Kyoto city becomes so quiet after 7PM. Walking through the empty streets was a unique experience on its own.
