My version of the "Berry Cake" 🍰: 300 g fresh raspberries 3 tbsp sugar and 2 sachets of tonka bean sugar (regular sugar works too ;-)) 300 ml Greek yogurt 500 ml whipped cream 3 thin (!) cake layers For decoration: optionally grated white chocolate, various berries. Crush the raspberries with a fork. Add them to the yogurt. Add sugar (amount to taste). Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it into the mixture. Spoon the finished cream onto each cake layer and decorate.
