Should you buy a mercedes E class W212? What are the common issues and is it still a good car today? The mercedes e class W212 was produced from 2009-2016 and received a facelift in 2013 which gave it a significant more modern look and refreshed interior. I'm reviewing the facelifted model which was a serious step forward from the outgoing model. The most noticeable change has to be the headlights who merged the 2 seperate light units togehter into one unit. The taillights also received an update which made them look more modern and in 2020 these lights still look up to date and ahead of their time. I myself have owned and daily driven this model for about 3 years and 100k km plus so i can give a detailed user impression and experience.
