👉 माझी इतर रेसिपी: • Jowar Bhakri (   • “फुगतेच!मऊ ज्वारीची भाकरी Soft Jowar Bhakr...  ) 🧾 Ingredients: • 2 cups fresh coriander, finely chopped • 1 cup besan (gram flour) • 2 tbsp rice flour • ½ tsp turmeric powder • 1 tsp red chilli powder • 1 tsp sesame seeds • 1 tsp mustard seed • 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) • Salt to taste • ½ cup Water ________________________________________ 👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe: 1️⃣ Prepare the mixture • In a bowl, add coriander, besan, rice flour • Add all spices • Mix well (no lumps) • Add very little water → make thick batter (not runny) 2️⃣ Steam • Grease a plate/thali • Spread mixture evenly (1–1.5 inch thick) • Steam for 15–20 mins (like dhokla) • Cool completely 3️⃣ Cut • Cut into square or diamond pieces 4️⃣ Fry / Shallow fry/Tadka • Heat oil in pan • Fry till golden & crispy • Heat oil in pan add mustard.
