Wild Camping in the Peak District - I'm ashamed to say this... but...

This week I'm off to the Peak District to go Wild Camping. I've parked at Edale to head up towards Kinder Scout where I have a handful of possible wild camp spots. The weather is perfect for winter wild camping in the Peak District, it doesn't get much better than this in January. I've taken all my 4 season backpacking gear to go winter camping. This includes a proper 4 season tent and a winter sleeping bag. I've got brought all my winter wild camping clothes too so I won't get cold. It also gives me break from everything and quality time to relax. If you plan your camp properly you shouldn't get cold backpacking and camping. My Hilleberg Nallo 2 was excellent. Despite the strong winds it held up really well. It's cavernous inside with loads of space, perfect for winter wild camping.
