Tropical trials of the Trojan (FV432) APC in Queensland, Australia 1963. (Fifth series of tropical trials) Vehicles undergoing trials are W1 (VRM 03DA17) and W14 (VRM 03DA10). Vehicles were subjected to woodlands, jungle, scrub, road, bridges, rocky creeks, hills, beaches, hot dry climate, and swamps. Both were also 'swum' by means of their integral wading screens and used for various habitability trials for troops which included the test of an air conditioning unit on W1.
