Cathead Biscuits + Deer Meat & Gravy | Farm to Table Supper | January 2024
In todays video we are cooking cathead biscuits, deer meat and gravy, with home canned potatoes. A delicious QUICK meal! Biscuit recipe 2 cups AP flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbsp Baking Powder Combine dry ingredients Add 5 Tbsp butter, cut into flour mixture Add 1 cup(ish) of milk, slowly combine until you have a workable dough. Flatten onto a preheated greased pan, cook at 475 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Butter the tops, cut out biscuits and enjoy!
