Kamil can't make ends meet because of his son's schooling and his wife's extravagance. Moreover, his landlord, Müslüm Efendi, is trying various tricks to evict Kamil. However, Kamil refuses to go to the police station. He's afraid because he's always put in the wrong whenever he needs to go. Finally, he decides to overcome his fear and go to the police station.
