Behind a person who cannot hear and communicates with their hands, there is a deep context of stories, identities, community, culture, languages, and struggles. A context that should not be labeled only on its surface and that must be respected by society. They are often not considered unique individuals, participating in society as much as anyone else. But if the people who label us experienced living in this context for a day, it's certain that the reality would be very different.
