Cooling System & How To Replace A Leaking Radiator On A 2009 Ford Fiesta 1.6l

Welcome back and today we are once again with the 2009 Ford Fiesta with a 1.6 litre engine, which needs a new radiator fitting to it. In this video we will be covering the basic operations of a cars cooling system and some of the do’s and don’ts when working on it. Specifically, this car has a leaking radiator and we need to change it out for a new one. I’ll be walking you through a step by step process of how to replace it yourself with minimal tools. Word of warning, cooling systems when under pressure and extreme temperatures, can cause severe injury so NEVER work on the system when it’s hot. Coolant is also a hazardous substance and can be fatal if digested.
