Part two of the restoration of my Piaggio Derbi... and here's where disaster struck. During the disassembly, I discovered that the piston was completely destroyed and the engine was smashed. A surprise I wasn't expecting, but it made this episode even more intense. I decided not to stop: I bought a brand new engine, opened it up, checked it, and reassembled it piece by piece to bring the scooter back to life as it deserved. And as promised... you chose the color.
