Patriotic Alliance (PA) deputy president Kenny Kunene has issued a defiant response to a R1 million defamation lawsuit filed against him by Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema. Kunene has formally stated that he will not apologise for his remarks, vowing to contest the matter in court with witnesses and supporting affidavits prepared. The legal action stems from comments Kunene made during a February 2026 appearance on the Podcast and Chill with MacG. In the interview on Point of View with Phemelo Motene, Kunene dismissed these allegations as an abuse of the court process, noting that this marks the third time Malema has initiated legal proceedings against him. #KayaPOV #KennyKunene #JuliusMalema
