Jeepers Creepers 2 (2003) an Underrated Sequel?

Imagine only being allowed to eat for 23 days every 23 years and having to sleep the rest of the time. Sounds like hell to me, so I say the poor creeper is the real victim here. Then again he does only eat people, which is generally frowned upon so I guess it balances out. Like, comment and subscribe you buggers!
