Salzburg Hellbrunn - schönster Platz Österreichs, Schloss, Park, Steintheater

Hellbrunn in Salzburg is one of the most beautiful places in Austria, with a large park, ponds, a magnificent palace, and a natural amphitheater. Hellbrunn Palace and its extensive park were built in 1615 by Archbishop Markus Sittikus of Salzburg. It is intended for people to relax and unwind, and the Hellbrunn Water Features also provide plenty of entertainment. You can rent a bicycle from the city and cycle along the 2.5-kilometer-long Hellbrunn Avenue, at 400 years old the oldest preserved avenue in the world, to the park. The park covers approximately 60 hectares and includes not only beautiful ponds with carp and sturgeon, but also a small hill with the Monatsschlösschen (Month Palace) and the Steintheater (Stone Theater). A charming little zoo is located on the far side of Hellbrunn Hill.
