Has Delta Premium Select actually IMPROVED — and is it worth paying extra over Economy? I flew Delta DL4 from London Heathrow to New York JFK to find out, from check-in to the onboard meal and service. In this review, I’m testing Delta Premium Select on the classic transatlantic route LHR–JFK, and comparing it to my previous experience — when Premium Select catering felt a bit too close to Economy for comfort. This time around, Delta appears to have raised their game, with a more premium onboard experience including linen table service, proper china and glassware, and a noticeable step up in the overall feel of the cabin.
