Aphelios had it all. One-button Pentakills, insane range, unbelievable attack speed and stupid damage. No matter what Riot tried, they just couldn't take him out of the meta. Aphelios took over pro play with one of the most complicated, insane kits League of Legends had ever seen. You needed a degree to understand what he was doing, birthing the "200 years" meme. Aphelios might just be Riot's biggest balance mistake. And he's become the face of the future of all of Riot's balance nightmares.
