Scor 4060 LT Long Term Review

Here's my thoughts on the Scor 4060 LT. This has been one of my favorite bikes but 2.5 years of riding has put it through the test. A couple notes to add: Climbing: don't have alot to share here. It climbs well enough for a bike in this category. Plenty of grip on technical climbs. Not too much pedal bob, though I'd usually lock it out for long fire road climbs. Nothing terrible to say about its climbing characteristics -Shock setup: The bike paired well with a high volume shock. The Fox X2 felt the best on the bike with a few volume spacers. I was playing with a Superdeluxe with megneg can at the end. It had great midstroke support but overall couldn't get it feeling quite as good as the x2. Before the second frame cracked I was planning to check out a coil -While I think it's cool this bike can be set up in so many different ways (LT, ST, Full 29 or MX) it left me feeling the bike should have been split into 2 (or more) bikes with more refined geometry specific to each one. Some of the complaints I had could have been solved if the geo was designed around a MX, LT frame from the beginning. I get the appeal but a one trick pony is what im after.
