It's time for another GI Joe Classified Action Figure review on the channel - and today's instalment is none other than the new Hydro-Viper figure. Another popular vintage figure gets the GI Joe Classified treatment. I don't normally go for the diver folks but the devillish sea-monster diving mask was just too barmy for me to pass up. But is it going to live up to expectations? This is a THOROUGH review.
