I've had several months to play with the latest version of Razzo Roasting's extended chamber (version 4) and it works really well. This is definitely the best one yet so kudos to them for continuing to innovate and help us make the most of the Fresh Roast series of coffee roasters. If you're new to the concept of extended roasting chambers, this is made of 5mm thick glass that traps WAY more heat and allows you to roast very effectively at much higher fan speeds. The increased bean movement will help you get a better and more even roast!
