The 2020 Audi Q7 is a midsize three-row SUV that comes standard with the Quattro all-wheel-drive (AWD) system plus an 8-speed automatic transmission. Most engine options are carrying over from 2019 with the addition of the newer, upgraded V6 offering. With the standard 2.0L 4-cylinder engine, expect 248-horsepower with 273 lb-ft. of torque but on the new turbocharged V6, you can expect 335-horsepower with 369 lb-ft. of torque (compared to 329-horsepower, 325 lb-ft. of torque in 2019).
