A quick and simple dish that takes on its full dimension when revisited by an Alsatian! *** Recipe Details *** Ingredients: 4 pork loins 4 slices of ham on the bone 200g Munster cheese 300g mild mustard 300g breadcrumbs 40cl cream chicken stock caraway seeds Preparation: 1/ Pound the meat into very thin slices. Season, then place the ham slices on the pork loin. 2/ Cut the Munster cheese into slices. Arrange the cheese lengthwise. 3/ Close the cordon bleus. 4/ Roll the cordon bleus in breadcrumbs and mild mustard. 5/ Cook the cordon bleus in a pan with oil and butter. Brown for 10 minutes over low heat on each side. 6/ In a saucepan, combine chicken broth and cream. Add caraway seeds. Tips: 1.
