Nobody Fishes Rivers Like This Anymore!
Before modern waterways and commercial seafood transformed life along the Moselle, professional fishermen supplied riverside villages using handcrafted nets, wooden boats, and generations of inherited skill. This documentary follows the complete traditional fishing methods once practiced in the wine village of Kröv—from setting gill nets and casting weighted conical nets at carefully baited fishing grounds to driving fish into lifting nets along the riverbank and selling the live catch door-to-door. A remarkable record of one of Germany's last traditional river fishing communities, preserved on film. 👇🏾 WATCH NEXT 👇🏾 Brick Structures: • Video Metal Scraps to Files: • Video Smoke to Scythe: • WATCH Smoke turn to Scythe: Inside World o... 🔔 New videos every day—don’t forget to subscribe!: https://bit.ly/3JONbZw Got a question?
