Today, I'll explain the bad habits of people who lose weight but don't lose body fat, based on what I discovered after interviewing 65 women struggling with body fat online over the past month. Have you ever lost weight but not lost any body fat? Even when I try the aerobic exercises and spot-weight-loss stretches that are popular on YouTube and even cut back on the amount of food I eat, for some reason my body fat percentage just won't go down! This is my experience. And when many dieters find themselves unable to lose body fat, they resort to the wrong bad habits. In fact, over the past month I've spoken online with a total of 65 dieters, providing diet advice, and almost all of them were unknowingly engaging in the wrong habits. Unfortunately, if you continue to ignore this problem and don't know what your bad habits are, your body fat percentage may remain the same for the rest of your life, no matter how hard you try. In fact, there's a risk that your body will become even more difficult to lose body fat than it is now, and your body fat percentage will continue to rise. But if you learn about the bad habits I'll explain here and learn to choose the right behaviors, it's possible to reduce your body fat percentage, regardless of age! For some people, a body fat percentage of -3% is easily achievable in just one month. In fact, some of the people I coach one-on-one have successfully lost 3.5kg in weight and 3% body fat in just one month, without doing strenuous cardio or extreme dietary restrictions, by carefully eliminating each of their bad habits. In other words, they've successfully lost 3kg of body fat in just one month.
