Peak Week Explained | Linear Progressive Load

Peak Week is the period prior to competing in a physique competition when many competitors make changes to diet, training, cardio, water, sodium and more all in an effort to look better on show day. For this video I explain how I peak my clients, as well as some popular styles of peaking and what I have learned from each. I have peaking clients for bodybuilding, men's physique, classic physique as well as bikini, figure, and women's physique. These styles and approaches have been learned over my decade of competing and coaching.
