Rice Balls in Coconut Milk or 'Bua Loy' is a lovely Thai traditionally dessert. The balls are chewy and soft, kind of like Mochi japanese dessrt if you're familiar with. Mixing with the sweet coconut milk mixture. Very fun dessert and easy to make which you can spend time with kids, friends or lover to help rolling the little balls. The dough will be similar to the play dough.
