Today I'm making a delicious Fried Rice with Chicken Shashlik that is perfect for family dinners and special occasions. First, boil 3 large cups of soaked rice with enough water, 3 teaspoons salt, 1 tablespoon oil, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Cook until the rice is done, then set aside. In a large pan, heat 3 tablespoons oil and add 1 kg chicken cubes. Fry for a few minutes, then add 3 tablespoons chicken tikka masala and 12 ounces tomato puree. Mix well and add 1 large chopped green bell pepper, 1½ cups fried tofu, and 1 cup ketchup. Cover with a lid and cook until the chicken is completely cooked. To thicken the sauce, add 2 tablespoons sugar. Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water and pour it into the chicken mixture. Stir and cook until the sauce becomes thick and glossy. For the fried rice, heat 2 tablespoons oil in a frying pan and stir-fry mixed vegetables. Add 2 tablespoons black pepper powder, 2 tablespoons Chinese salt, salt as needed, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, and 3 tablespoons vinegar. Mix everything well. Fry 4 to 5 beaten eggs separately and add them to the cooked rice. Then add the seasoned vegetables and gently mix everything together until well combined.
