finding the will to carry on

In honour of mental health awareness month, I thought this video would be helpful. I’m going back to my roots and talking all things that are in my head. I’ve been feeling “not the best” and it’s been going on for a while. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt like this. This video is me talking all things my anxiety, depression and getting over my trauma in a way. If you are going through and tough time, or have felt like this before, you are not alone. It’s hard enough to go through things like this alone, so to know that there are other people out there that feel the same. It lifts the load, even just a by a little.
