Velina Guide | Best Combo, Team & Build | Zenless Zone Zero 3.0

I have finished testing and tried many different Anomaly DPS characters with Velina. Honestly, Velina really surprised me. I believe she will remain a high-level character for a long time, similar to Astra Yao, Yuzuha, and Dialyn. She is a very strong and valuable character for Anomaly teams. Future Anomaly DPS characters may work perfectly with Velina, but we still need to see if they can build up the Attribute as quickly as characters like Jane Doe and Burnice. We will find out after their release. I heard that Remiel might be an Anomaly character, but there is no official announcement yet. I will wait for more information.
