A popular diner that has been loved in Kure for 110 years. The menu always includes about 20 homemade side dishes, hot tofu, udon noodles, curry, ramen, and rice bowls. It is also a sanctuary where you can have a lunchtime drink. The nostalgic yet tasty dishes with dashi broth, the cheerful personality of the madam Suzuko, and the fact that the diner has been around for 110 years were all interesting. I was given the OK for the interview if I could film for about two hours. I went into the back of the restaurant and could really feel that they want their customers to feel safe and enjoy their delicious food anyway.
