Stihl FS94R Bogging Down? Here’s What I Found

In this video, I work on a Stihl FS94R trimmer that came into the shop with a couple of issues. The first problem was easy to spot. The pull rope was missing, so I started by replacing that and getting the machine ready to run. Once it was running, another issue showed up. The engine would bog down when the throttle was pulled, making it difficult to use. At first, I suspected a restriction in the carburetor, possibly in the carb screen or fuel system. After checking things over, I found the problem was much simpler. The carburetor just needed some adjustment to get the engine running the way it should. Sometimes the fix isn’t replacing parts.
