This is the first time that one of his compilations will first be uploaded to YouTube first instead of Expecting Rain. After the YouTube premiere is over, the compilation will be available for download on Expecting Rain. This is the first time that I, mr tambourine, have worked together with Nightingale's Code on a compilation. It was such a privilege and I hope more will come in the future. Nightingale's Code usually made compilations with very apocalyptic titles, that kinda suggested the end of the line or end of the world nearing. I have loved Bob's horror arrangements, which aren't that easy to find, over the years. So, this was a match made in heaven for the two of us, especially for the time that we live in, with Covid and everything going on, and also, as Halloween is carefully approaching. This compilation should be a reminder that Halloween, no matter how scary of a holiday it is, it's still just a holiday. Hopefully, we approach life the same way. No matter how scary it can be, all we can do is live it and be thankful for it. The songs that qualified were both studio and live performances, songs with spooky names, arrangements, Bob's haunting vocal delivery and spooky lyrics.
