This RV inspection was a complete disaster — and a perfect case study in why you should never skip an inspection before buying. From life safety hazards like propane leaks and dangerously worn tires to electrical malfunctions, interior damage, and roof issues, this RV had it all. In this video, I walk you through one of the wildest inspections I’ve done in the Phoenix area. The unit looked fine at first glance, but once I started digging in, I found: Structural damage and water intrusion Missing seals, cracking, and gaps on the roof and walls A slideout floor with swelling and signs of rot Propane issues and generator failures A dead battery, non-working AC, and breakers that kept tripping Loose wires dragging underneath the RV A bathroom door completely missing And so much more...
