We built a bog filter for our fish pond and the results are astounding!!

Our long-awaited bog filter build video is finally here! Since chimney-gate put our bathroom renovation on temporary hold, we took the opportunity to work on a couple of little passion projects. Growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of our fish, Leon decided to spend the time building a bog filter. This was WEEKS AGO. “Thankfully”, we were still waiting to hear back from the council with permission to get cracking on chimney-gate, because this bog filter came with a million issues. Incessant rain, imploding drills and a leaky pond liner were just a few of the issues that caused delays. But with a bit of perseverance, we now have a beautiful addition to our garden oasis and the fish have never been happier. For starters, we can actually see them now!
