Repurposing the old Jackson Training School site
If you've traveled along Old Charlotte Road in Concord recently, you may have noticed activity around abandoned structures at the old Stonewall Jackson Training School site. Cabarrus County is collaborating with state officials to seek out new opportunities to use and preserve the historic location. Deputy County Manager Jonathan Marshall takes us to the facility and discusses potential plans.
