ALTERNATOR UPGRADE into a 1988 Suzuki Samurai with a Suzuki Sidekick (1.6L 16 Valve) Engine
Due to the many installed accessories that include roof lights, winch, gauges, amplifier and rock lights, I installed a GM "one wire" alternator to hopefully rectify the dimming of lights, accessories and RPM drop due to the voltage drop in Trial-N-Error (Sami). Delete the large three prong green connector that plugs into the back of the original Sidekick alternator, and just connect the white wire with green connector (power) that was also on the original alternator to the back of the new alternator output/battery post, ground the alternator and you're ready to go. The 80 amp fuse mentioned in this video is just extra.
